Our Product: Metabolic Switch
We recommend that you drink 2.5 oz or 25 grams of C6 ketone di-ester, which puts your body into ketosis for several hours. Scientists believe that any time your body is burning ketones for energy, you’re supporting a healthy metabolism and fueling your cells. That said, if you miss a serving or aren’t able to incorporate a daily regimen, you can still reap the benefits of Metabolic Switch if you take it as often as you’re able to.
The best time to take it is the time that works best for you. The more you can incorporate Metabolic Switch into your day-to-day routine, the better. We recommend taking it with food.

Juvenescence Subscriptions
Log into your My Account page/My Subscriptions/Next Shipment and select a new delivery date. Hit Save when complete.
Log into your My Account page/My Subscriptions. Go to Next Shipment to select a new shipping date, or select Ship Now for immediate shipping. Hit Save when you’re done.
Log into your My Account, go to Address Book, add a new address and set it as your default.
To place your account on hold, or cancel future shipments, sign in to your My Account page/My Subscriptions, and select Skip Next Shipment, then save.
Simply log into your My Account/My Subscriptions and select Cancel Subscription, then save.
Simply select the subscription option and you will receive 15% off your first and future orders.
Go to your My Account/Payment Methods and select Add New Card. Select Set As Default to the card you would like to use.
For a 28-count subscription, you will receive an email notification the week before it ships and a shipping confirmation email on the day it leaves our warehouse. 7-count subscriptions ship every 7 days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when it’s on it’s way.
Yes! Just log into your My Account page/My Subscriptions. Go to Next Shipment to select a new shipping date, or select Ship Now for immediate shipping. Hit Save when you’re done.
Order Status
We are excited for you to receive your order and we ship out 85% of orders the same business day and 99% of all orders by next business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email that contains your shipping tracking. You can then track your shipment until arrival. You can also find this information under your My Account/Order History.
“Billing Information Received” on your tracking indicates that your order has shipped from our warehouse and is in the possession of the carrier.

If your order is held for verification purposes (most commonly billing or address verification) it will ship as soon as we can resolve the issue. This often involves getting clearance from banks or additional information from you.

You can browse, learn and comparison-shop as long as you like. When you are ready to purchase, for non-subscription orders, you can check out as a guest, but we highly recommend setting up an account so you can easily review order history and track shipments. For subscription purchases you will need to set up an account which gives you access to update your subscription selections as needed.
Click on My Account icon in the top navigation. Log in using your current email address and password. You'll then be able to change your account information, including credit card, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password.

If you are signed in you will see your name in the upper-right navigation bar. Click on your name and select Sign Out. If you are using a public computer, you will want to log off, or "Sign out" of your account, before you leave the computer.
To keep your info safe, make sure your password contains: Six or more characters, One alpha character, and One numeric character

Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button displayed along with the product description. When you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the Continue To Checkout button. Enter your shipping address and method, payment and billing information as directed. Confirm your order by clicking the “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the confirmation page
We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, we are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted.

Yes. Click on the My Account at the very top of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. Go to Order History to see all your orders.

Sales Tax is charged on shipments to jurisdictions where sales tax is applicable, determined by the guidelines set forth by the jurisdiction the item is shipped to. Taxes are estimated and will be final on your order confirmation. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in applicable states. Tax will be refunded for returned items.

We work very diligently to get you your orders as fast as possible. We ship 85% of orders the same business day as received, and almost 99% by close of the next business day (peak: add one business day).

All orders shipped to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, and the Northern Mariana Islands), P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, are shipped USPS for free. When you place your order on the web, the shipping option will automatically default to the economy option.
For orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and any U.S. Territories, orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive.
Yes, you can place an order from anywhere, but we only ship to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO/PPO, and U.S. Territories and at this time.
You will first receive an email confirming your order was received, and then an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority! You may return your unopened purchase within 30 days and receive a refund in the original form of payment or in an e-gift certificate.

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition, but sometimes items can be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please contact Customer Care at care@juvlabs.com. We will need your name, order number and the item number that was damaged.
If you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Care at care@juvlabs.com. Give us your name, order number and the item that was not correct along with what item you should have received. We will send you a mailing label to have the incorrect product returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will receive the correct one before you know it.
